SolVE is a Local Shared Object View/Editor that runs on both Mac OS X and Windows. Coded in Java with IBM’s SWT, SolVE looks and behaves like a native application making transparent to the end user that Java is under the hood.
Currently, SolVE supports the more common basic types but is still in development. When all of the data types are implemented, the source code will be released under the Common Public License. Please be patient while I build support for the other data types available in a local shared object file.

Session: Flex Builder 1.0
Speaker: Macromedia QA Engineer, Gabriel Chua
Description:Macromedia Flex Builder 1.0 is Macromedia’s authoring tool for Flex development. With a diverse set of features, Flex Builder aims to help developers learn MXML faster, develop more efficiently, and allows different members of the team to become involved in Flex development. Flex Builder has gone through a number of betas and was released recently to the public.
Many Flex development teams are currently using Flex Builder’s design view, MXML code editor, and debugging functionality to help build effective and usable Flex applications. The Flex Builder presentation will discuss the benefits of Flex Builder, and discuss the packaging and pricing decisions that were made. There will also be a demo of the feature set at the end of the presentation.
