We are investigating Flash Media Server and how it can help us in our organization. We currently use Windows Media Server for providing on-demand and live streaming in our ogranization. We want to see how Flash could help us achieve the same. Here are some of the questions:

1) What kind of infrastructure do we need for Flash Media Server?
2) What are its capabilities in terms of on-demand and live streaming?
3) Is it capable of streming windows media files?
4) What are other requriements?
5) What are benefits over windows media streaming?

This will help us get started. Please suggest.
